Islam is at war with the non-muslim world. The enemy of the Swedes is our enemy too.
How the Swedes deal with this problem in their country portends much as to how the rest of the non-islamic world can deal with this scourge.
Imagine that the Swedes were fighting an extraterrestrial invader. And that same invader threatens us.
Would you say that what happens in Sweden has no bearing on us?
What would have happened if Jan Sobieski (in 1683) said, "what happens to Vienna has no bearing on us Poles."
I would say that countries have a choice over their destiny. Sweden has chosen the route of national suicide. Its not our job to relieve them of the consequences of that choice.
So I guess you would support Americans dying to defend Swedes, when they won’t take the measures necessary to defend themselves? That seems to be the opinion held by a minority of conservatives.
