“Hate speech” is whatever the guys with the guns SAY it is. That is really the great thing about hate speech.
It’s better having the gun yourself so you can say what you want or even better having a Constitution to protect the Freedom of Speech for everyone, even unpopular speech, except for yelling fire in a crowded theatre.
