Oh yeah, and it has to go through a mostly abandoned black neighborhood.
One side of the street should be painted black, the other side painted white.
Straight female hookers will tout their wares on one side of the street while gay male hookers are on the other side.
Transgender hookers will clog up traffic in the middle of the street.
Big signs on every store will promise free stuff while hoods stand by to pick pockets and mug anyone foolish enough to enter.
Meanwhile local media will tout the street as a “must see” tourist attraction to lure in out of town visitors.
