Basically, she says Trump’s a psycho narcissist and a liar who is going to implode, and the Republicans are a bunch of screw-ups, and everyone knows it and everyone loves Democrats, the majority of voters, but the reason they keep losing is because they are making tactical mistakes, like running people who can’t vote in the district they’re going to represent, and spending megabucks from Hollywood swells in districts that don’t feel the same way about Hollywood that Maureen used to feel about Hollywood.

It just fascinates me that the Left had no reservations about diagnosing Trump as a narcissist from the jump. They never bothered to cite which of the nine criteria they were using, of course (criteria from the DSM-5).
Yet they completely missed that diagnosis with Obama, who shows far more NPD traits. There is little doubt in my mind that Obama is personality disordered. The man has zero capacity for empathy. None. That chip is just missing. He’s dangerous.
Trump, otoh, has some narcissistic traits—we all do. Most politicians are more narcissistic than average. Imagine waking up one morning thinking: “Hey, you know what? I really ought to be leader of the Free World!”
The important difference is that President Trump shows a very large capacity for empathy. We’ve seen it erupt spontaneously quite often. And there is his history of doing secret good deeds for strangers.
Just some random thoughts. Narcissism is the reason Obama is acting out so much right now—he desperately needs attention (Narcissistic Supply).

You said it well. Maureen is so blind and devoid of logic. They just cannot accept that the carnal Democrats do not reflect the need of most people just to live, work, love their families and have a little peace from insanity during this short lifetime. It seems to me that everything about the Democratic Party has become perverse and disconnected from reality. Donald Trump, whatever mistakes he has made in his life, is a real deal. He has been in close contact with the common man and woman all his life through his work. He sees their goodness and their plight and he wants them to be free and not enslaved by a government, ours or another outside our borders. Simple as that.
