Don’t they make you put that on the conveyor belt going through Security? I have something similar for around my neck, but smaller, where I have my boarding pass, driver’s license, and some cash. They always make me take it off and put it on the conveyor belt.
I never feel so helpless as I do going through TSA. No phone, money, credit card, ID, etc. It’s panic time.
No, but I do put my handbag (which has pounds of things that I don’t want to check-it’s a satchel style-large and bright yellow-easy for me to see and keep track of) on the conveyor belt and I pass through the AIT screening/metal detection screening. I also don’t wear this little bag outside of my clothes. I never take off any jewelry except my watch.
My husband has TSA PreCheck.
