Tesla went on to develop a wireless power distribution system that he hoped would be capable of transmit power long distance directly into homes and factories. Early on he seemed to borrow from the ideas of Mahlon Loomis,[120][121] proposing a system composed of balloons to suspend transmitting and receiving electrodes in the air above 30,000 feet (9,100 m) in altitude, where he thought the pressure would allow him to send high voltages (millions of volts) long distances. To further study the conductive nature of low pressure air he set up a test facility at high altitude in Colorado Springs during 1899.[122][123][124] Experiments he conducted there with a large coil operating in the megavolts range, as well as observations he made of the electronic noise of lightning strikes, led him to incorrectly conclude[125][115] that he could use the entire globe of the Earth to conduct electrical energy.
The theory included driving alternating current pulses into the Earth at its resonant frequency from a grounded Tesla coil working against an elevated capacitance to make the potential of the Earth oscillate. Tesla thought this would allowing alternating current to be received with a similar capacitive antenna tuned to resonance it at any point on Earth with very little power loss.[126][127][128] His observations also led him to believe a high voltage used in a coil at an elevation of a few hundred feet would “break the air stratum down”, eliminating the need for miles of cable hanging on balloons to create his atmospheric return circuit.[129][130] Tesla would go on the next year to propose a “World Wireless System” that was to broadcast both information and power worldwide[131][132] and attempted in 1901 to construct a large high-voltage wireless power station, now called the Wardenclyffe Tower, at Shoreham, New York. By 1904 investment dried up and the facility was never completed.

THAT would be almost as good as a Mr. Fusion to power the car.

“... because it is a meta-analysis (ie a summary) of all the available studies on the subject. “
A proper meta-analysis is much more than a mere “summary”. A meta analysis involves using sophisticated statistical analysis to aggregate the findings of several studies — thus (amongst other things) greatly reducing the margin of error.
Assuming (1) the meta-analysis was done right, and (2) the initial studies were done right — then, these results are far more telling than a mere “summary” would have been.

And that doesn't take into consideration the mining of the lithium ore by fossil fuel equipment, made from steel in a fossil fueled factory. It also doesn't account for the fossil fuel based transportation from the mine site to the extraction facilities - electrified with fossil based fuel. And of course, the construction materials and components that comprise the Tesla factory, all from fossil based materials, from manufacturing sites using equipment made by fossil fuel based equipment.
But for fossil fuels, "green" energy cannot exist.

Wouldnt a true Tesla car run on wireless transmission of energy? Or a tank full of ball lightning.

doesn’t matter really; intent is the only thing that matters to libs, not actual results.

“Prius drivers are now Global Warming Deniers!
Demiers? Why, they are murdering the planet!”
Well, when these self-appointed “stewards of the environment” drive 45mph in the fast lane, they are in a sense “murdering” all of us.

Older Prius vehicles have a battery that is only 1.3 KWh, so probably have a lower carbon footprint than a Tesla battery. I’m not sure if they take into account the fact that you have to mine the minerals to build the battery and refine/ship them to the factory. The battery can’t just be tossed Into a landfill when it wears out. You have to recycle or dispose properly.

When you get that much cash from the taxpayers, it’s sure green though!
