This didn’t get much play anywhere and it’s unrelated but Ivy Taylor (D) lost a runoff election against Ron Nirenberg (No Party) for San Antonio Mayor last week.
That is somewhat significant if the Demorats are losing mayor’s races in our larger cities. Is Nireberg more conservative than Taylor.
