The Climate Leadership Council was founded by Ted Halstead, who serves as Chairman & CEO. In February 2017, the Council formally launched with the publication of The Conservative Case for Carbon Dividends, co-authored by James A. Baker, III, Martin Feldstein, Ted Halstead, N. Gregory Mankiw, Henry M. Paulson, Jr., George P. Shultz, Thomas Stephenson and Rob Walton.

The proposed $40 per ton tax on carbon would rise in price over time, and revenues would be paid into the Social Security Administration.

Proposed.

This is how they fund the invaders. We will continue to be taxed for SS, but they will get benefits we pay for when we purchase power or food or anything transported. I’m sure a little will be passed back to the “elders”, but this new cost will be passed on to consumers.

I doubt it has a chance in hell.

OK!! Everybody pay attention!

Lesson for today:

1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.

2. The sun is a giant nuclear furnace that controls the climates of all its planets.

3. The earth is one of the sun’s planets.

4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.

5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.

Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?

Nobody is stopping Exxon and BP from taxing themselves and sending the money to the Treasury.

Just do it.

Just remember that corporations don’t pay taxes, they collect taxes.

We pay the tax. As always.
