Honestly if you read the article he doesn’t seem lacking in confidence he’s going to win. I think he’s decided in that district which is traditionally Republican it’s not wise to attack Trump at least during the campaign. If he wins tonight, trust me he’ll be talking up his win as a referendum on the president.
