The comment was part of a head-turning closing statement during a mayoral candidate forum Monday night at the Southwest Community Center. Blackwell offered details from his youth as a reason people should vote for him. He said growing up on the streets means he knows what a lot of people in the city have gone through....
Blackwell is one of six Democrats hoping to make it to the primary ballot in September.

NYC isn’t growing enough to ensure the state doesn’t lose at least one seat. Even with all the welfare clients and illegals the state is importing.

AND since most of the state’s Republican Critters are RINOs, I imagine that Albany will try to gerrymander the Reps who aren’t out of office. But it won’t help. If anything, the state will just circle the bowl faster. It can with our blessing. We’re getting the hell out.

I did not say it was. I just pointed out that the population is increasing unlike several states that have actually lost population.
Also note that apportionment population counts do not include those here illegally.
