An RN told us years ago that Hep A is being transmitted via unclean, third world food handlers in restaurants. She recommended everyone who eats out be vaccinated or stop eating out.
We stopped eating out.

It seems like our whole civilized society is being targeted for extermination in so many ways. This is yet another “delivery system”.
