I am not entirely sure of the import of her words but she did indicate that her mother and father lived at opposite ends of the suburb.
The writer was all over the place, which is typical for an unfocused liberal/writer. They try to jam too much into what should have been a single focus article, about her father’s devotion to her.
Instead, she made it into an attack on some whites, some of the media, racism, etc. Her message got lost in the BS of her rhetoric.
