Son and I are going to have a low-key Dad's Day, lunch, a movie at my place and then saving the world also here. Nothing big, just hanging out together.

That sounds like a good day. Seems to me you said it’s supposed to get blazin’ hot up there again by Sunday so staying in the cool is the way to go.
Kittehs and I are enjoying a weekend alone. Hubby’s in Detroit with a buddy for a big car show at Ford so I’m getting a few “projects” taken care of while he’s gone. Killing fleas in the back part of the house, where his man cave is, was the first order of business and they’re dying as I type. The kittens are back in their big box for the time being, out here with me, for the time being. They aren’t happy about being cooped up again, that’s for sure!
