The DREAM ACT never passed Congress. Obama illegally implemented it as an executive action. It is not a law.
It is just as illegal and unconstitutional today as when Obama did it in 2012. The GOP should have sued to stop it then, but did not because they want amnesty too.
It was the states who successfully sued to stop DAPA.
Really? Than why all the current moaning about Trump stopping DACA?
It does still leave us with DACA, another illegal executive action. It's going to be difficult to get through this legacy of patchwork law breaking actions.
Because we Trump supporting Republicans still are divided on what to do with the decades long lawlessness of elected officials, who did not enforce the laws, and what to do about children whose parents were essentially aided and abetted by certain elements in our country, to aid foreigners to commit illegal acts.
Frankly, I much prefer serious discussions undertaken regarding DACA illegals, rather than the often fondly cited “comprehensive immigration reform”.
And I want an end to all illegal immigration.
