That’s where we are. The rest of the world is too binary focused, too focused on genital characteristics and other allegedly discriminatory indicators of the sex of a person.
I would criticize Oregon for going to only this 3rd category. There are at least 54 gender identities that have been discovered so far. So Oregon is clearly not open minded and tolerant to allow only male, , female, and other. They need to be all inclusive otherwise they are bigots, per the liberals own criteria.
