No more checks, no cash, direct deposit only. To pacify the Trump administration the PA could simply end payments to prisoners and make payments to family members or surrogates, as a form of welfare. We wouldn't object to that. And don't be concerned the prisoners won't get their salaries, family won't siphon anything off. Justice is a bit more direct there.
