I would settle for him being fired and have his right to bear arms permanently cancelled.

My copy of the second amendment has no provision for that, even for freed felons or crazies. If they can't be trusted to be armed they should not be running around loose.

Federal Law, however, does exist that limits the rights of some to bear arms. I am no lawyer and I am pro-Second Amendment but it is silly to ignore existing accepted law.
