I know of lots a places on Federal land that have large rocks that are in need of being made into little ones.

Well he sort of got his wish today. Bet it gave him a “rise in the Levis”.
My copy of the second amendment has no provision for that, even for freed felons or crazies. If they can't be trusted to be armed they should not be running around loose.
Federal Law, however, does exist that limits the rights of some to bear arms. I am no lawyer and I am pro-Second Amendment but it is silly to ignore existing accepted law.
