Morning Joe had Rand Paul recounting and they are replaying/commenting on his eyewitness account. Scalise trying to drag himself off field, two aids being shot at laying on the ground, one sprinted over 20ft wall where Rand was on the other side at batting cage. Brooks used tourniquet on Scalise?, Rand suggesting ar-15 and reloading? (pauses).
