Are they really?
Yes they are, and I can't believe I am having to explain this to someone on FR. The former was an innocuous graphic on a political activism map showing areas that needed attention that election cycle. The latter is a concerted effort by the left to demonize their opposition. They have ignored, or excused physical violence against Conservatives. They have ramped up the violent rhetoric, which has translated in to violent acts against not only people that disagree with them, but people that they perceive as disagreeing with them (as in liberal professors who are attacked becasue they are white). This effort has given birth to movements like BLM and Antifa, are "justified" in their violence becasue Conservatives and the likes are less than human in their eyes.
If one can't tell the difference then I posit that one is part of the problem.
