Mueller isn’t going to go after his friend.
He will try to trap an associate of Trump like they did with Scooter Libby.
The prosecutor in that case knew it was Richard Armitage, but they wanted someone near Cheney.
I actually think Meuller will prosecute his friend. Comey has destroyed the reputation of the FBI. He has politicized the agency and made it a laughingstock. Meuller, as a friend of Comey could be the one person who could give this country faith in the legal system and the FBI again
That may sound like I’m naive, but I still hold out hope that there is justice and the rule of law.
