He is pissed. Apalling and detestable lie (that he had any contact with a foreigner to affect an election) - he's calling out his accusers.

He goes on to the Franken exchange, after 6 hours of testimony, and being hit with a wild allegation that Trump campaign surrogates had been meeting with the Russians on a regular basis.
