Ryan: Trump should let Mueller do his job
The Hill ^ | 06/13/17 | Scott Wong

Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) said Tuesday that President Trump should allow special counsel Robert Mueller to “do his job independently” and that Ryan would be “surprised” if the president fired Mueller — a step some Trump allies say is being considered.

"I'd be surprised if he did that," Ryan said in an interview on the “Hugh Hewitt Show.” "I think he should let Bob Mueller do his job, do his job independently, and do his job quickly, because I think that that's what he would want to have happen."

If things continue to go as they have been, they will find out how fed up real Americans are....

He’s right, the Russians ALWAYS meddle.
Their propaganda was everywhere- and their trolls were everywhere- including here.
And so were Ukrainians, Iranians and Brits, and no doubt Germans... and judging by the House IT scandal, the Pakistani ISI probably was too.
But there’s no way to prevent that without stripping Americans of their 1st amendment rights.

Similarly, Obama and the Dems were meddling in Israel and Egypt’s elections, in Honduras’ impeachment proceedings of their president, and it appears, possibly in trying to support a coup plot in Turkey.

Countries often do that to each other, it’s nothing new.

Ryan needs to be primaried. He is a mouthpiece for the Never Trumpers and the best friend of Democrats. Surely there is someone else in that district of WI who could support our president.

Keep Mueller on. The ones who stand to be hurt are him and the Clinton operatives.

I wonder if anyone ever told this piece of garbage Paul Rino that Mueller hired a dem female attorney who used to work for the Clinton Foundation, and another dem who donated money to Obama, Hitlery, and other rats?

Then again, Paulie probably approves of Mueller hiring democrats to sabotage OUR president.

I would contribute to Ryan’s next reelection democrat opponent just to see Ryan gone. Seriously.

You’re right. However, this particular Speaker predicated his acceptance of the job on support by the Freedom Caucus. We literally have them to thank for Ryan.

Mr. Ryan are you certain that Mr. Mueller can be trusted? He is an acknowledged “brother in arms” with Comey. Do you really believe he can make an honest and fair judgment? Why do Republicans everywhere think this is the just an effort to destroy Donald Trump? The American people are losing trust in Washington DC. Does that concern you at all? Do you understand the American people see Washington DC as an exclusive club that simply exists to maintain the status quo there at the expense of the rest of the nation?

From the reports lately, Ryan and most of the congress, were aware Trump was not being investigated, but let the attacks go on for months. If someone did that to me, and I was the President, I’d not be in a mood to cooperate with any of them. I’d be out for blood!

So what is Mueller’s job? They should spend their time on hillary’s past crimes and obama’s. There is plenty on both of them. That’s the irony of all this... the guilty goes free and the one man who came in to save us all, is the one they hate. What they’ve done is unbelievable!

If Russia tried to meddle in our elections... they’ve done that for years.. and obama did more than just meddle in several elections in other countries. The dems should have been more careful. But it had NOTHING to do with hillary losing and Trump winning... and congress knew this for months!

So, are we conservatives actively and steadily taking over our local RNC chapters and local political seats?

Are we conservatives moving beyond preaching to our choirs and putting on big road shows, sharing and teaching our good doctrines?

Is our grassroots T.E.A. Party movement alive? Anybody there?

If we don’t capitalize hard on this moment in time and in our history, we’ll fail. We’ll lose forever the America that many here remember and dearly miss.

I’m still waiting for Ryan to do his job.
A good CEO would have fired him a long time ago.

Every Senator who gave them a pass should be thrown out of office regardless of party.
