It’s been a very strange day. I’ve received two replies and one private mail concerning a tongue-in-cheek thread I posted (I’ll never do THAT again!)during the LAST FR fundraiser.
It was never my intent to point a finger at anyone here. It was an attempt at light-hearted humor. It would appear that my talents lie elsewhere.
The other weird thing today happened as I was on my way home from church this morning. I was behind two vehicles, sitting in the left turn lane, waiting for the green left turn arrow. We got the arrow, and the two vehicles ahead of me made their left turns. I still don’t know how I somehow knew that the woman approaching in oncoming traffic, was not going to stop.
Somehow, I knew. She blew through the red light as I stopped, mid-turn.
