Sorry to confuse, I was talking about Ruddy who I would doubt knows a damned thing about what President Trump is “considering,” and would be just as pleased to make it up whole-cloth anyway.
I haven’t heard anything about Ruddy in years - guess because I don’t go to News Max....Heard from him a lot during the Clinton years..didn’t know he was still around.
