I had no idea...why with a name like "Rod"...I just assumed...
The doc says the liver takes it out quickly. I first started out on 300s once a day, but later I figured it would be less wear and tear (and more effective) if I took a lower dosage twice a day.
the word rod comes from fishing rod.....
