The Trump administration moved one step closer Friday in the process to withdraw former President Barack Obama's Clean Power Plan climate regulations, according to the White House.
The Environmental Protection Agency sent its draft proposal for changing the climate plan to the White House, where it will begin the final interagency review process to scrap the regulations, which are under a Supreme Court stay.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK.
Done.
The permanent "fix" is to amend or eliminate those laws, which will be a long, tough slog through Congress. Fail to do that and the EPA will fragment into a multitude of smaller sub-agencies, sort of like kicking a mushroom on your lawn. One big one replaced by dozens of small ones.
Agree with what you say. Americans want to conserve the environment, but don’t need oppressive govt. agencies, laws, or regulations to do so. The original Clean Air and Water Acts have done good for this country, but they’ve been taken way too far by the Deep State Ruling Class Socialists. Today there are more than enough free market incentives for cleaner energy and preservation of our open spaces.

Agreed! No reason at all for that to be a federal thing.
