A young lib here (who hates Trump over other stuff) has been arguing to me that Trump is guilty of obstruction because he fired Comey after asking him to back off on an investigation.
He even argues that there needs to be no underlying crime shown for Trump to be to be guilty of obstruction.
He could be covering up for someone else.
I explained to him that both actions are part of the POTUS job and responsibility, as Comey worked for Trump as he was appointed by Obama.
Liberals have now shifted to “obstruction of justice “ as their rally cry as they desperately try to pin something, anything, on President Trump. So here’s a refresher:

Remember that? There’s real obstruction for you. And despite having been impeached on charges of obstruction of justice and perjury, William Jefferson Clinton remains the icon of the Democratic party, held in the highest esteem by liberals and the mainstream media.
Ask the young lib if he completely and totally repudiates Bill Clinton.
Notice that Comey did not mention taking detailed notes after Lynch ordered him to call the Hillary investigation a “matter” (wonder what else she said). No such notes on things Obama and his minions said either.
