A leading Democrat in the House and frequent critic of President Donald Trump made an embarrassing faux pas during CNN’s Erin Burnett “OutFront” show on Wednesday night.

Rep. Jackie Speier, a California Democrat, showed a lack of knowledge about the presidency, the executive branch, and the FBI’s position within the federal government.

That was true for a while but the Clinton's fell from their grace for other reasons.

Many of them blame the Clinton's some of that for the crime bill he signed.

Notice that Comey did not mention taking detailed notes after Lynch ordered him to call the Hillary investigation a “matter” (wonder what else she said). No such notes on things Obama and his minions said either.

I was thinking of his investigation of Hillary and his conversations about it with Loretta Lynch.

No need to record those. Only Trump.

I also don't see how it's legal for him to 'leak' those 'memos'. He didn't call it his private journal, he called it government official memos to make it sound official.

I agree the Comeydian leaks were illegal, but 97% of the DOJ supported Hillary, and unfortunately they probably still do.

According to democrats there are 4 co-equal branches of government: Congress, The Executive, Supreme Court and the FBI.

The FBI only has status IF they work FOR liberal elites and liberal elite causes. Anything else and they'll lose all status with the Washington Post, New York Times and other liberal elite thugs. They'll discover their new 'job' is whipping boy for the MSM... down with Trump and his 'deplorables'...
