“The gates lower too early and stay down too long.”
I don’t really understand what the problem is. Do the gates come down 15 minutes early and stay down an extra 15 minutes, or are we talking about just a couple of minutes?
And are those gatemen there to keep irresponsible people from driving around the gates or are they there to run the gate controls?
The automatic controls violate Federal guidelines.
The flaggers are over riding the automatic gate controls. Like an elevator person pushing the buttons.
