Good. It’s clear that the NFL discriminates against blacks. They should undertake an affirmative action program immediately to recruit more blacks! ;-)
They take “affirmative action” to make it “equal”...
That means 13.2% of the NFL players should be black...
That means that 13.2% of the coaches should be black...
That would make things EQUAL per population.
