There is some information at the CIA,NSA,FBI that should be kept secret. But NOAA and FCC, and EPA and most agencies do not and should not have any secret data.
The president should issue an order that any think tank representative, any University representative should have READ/BROWSE access only to ALL data in ALL agencies that lack secret data.
This could require these independent researchers to pass a test in SQL and other basic READ skills. Most likely it could be implemented in most places with STORED PROCEDURES.
This is not a difficult technological issue. Why should the tax payers pay for discovering the data that is already theirs?

Also, it is standard among scientists to invite critical review of one's methods, results, and conclusions. The warmists are secretive about their methods, their results are computer outputs, and their conclusions apparently preceded every other step.
Instead of welcoming challenging views, they ridicule them; and, instead of being independent of political input, they are lockstep fifth-column warriors along the shining path of left-wing progressivism.
They avoid challenging views because they fear them.
