But it is scientific calculation error to assume the increased ice melting...

I want to know how much "ice melting" in Antarctica (where the average temperature is -58 degrees Fahrenheit) can be attributed to warmer air temperature.

There is also volcanic activity, both as visible eruptions, and hidden underneath the ice.

Of course talk of any of the volcanic activity is hidden by the AGW-freaks.

I worry about all those ecological tourists with all that gear and their ships pulling into pristine waters in the Antarctic not to mention the invasion of heretofore up close and in your face tourists viewing those (penguins) left undisturbed for thousands of years....(Galápagos Tourism Backfires) worrisome - the human foot print is deadly over time.

I am not justifying predictions of any degree of arctic or antarctic ice melting - not at all.

I am saying that what is predicted to happen due to any predicted ice melting is not likely to happen as predicted.

If the alarmist fears of ice melting were true, then when the during period that saw the Vikings settle in Greenland, huge amounts of coastal Europe would have been lost due to sea level rise. It didn’t happen.

As far as sea level rise itself, it has been occurring naturally since the end of the last ice age.
