What the court did, although questionable, was legal. Our system has spent a lot of time in our history creating loopholes to do nothing more than slow progress. And the slower it is, the more time they have to create more or drag up an old one to slow it again or make it go away.

The Obama administration was a perfect example of the smoke and mirror tactics used to make things go away. He would get caught at something and just as they were starting to look into it, something else came up, the media ignored the first one and flooded the market with number two, and it seemed like everybody’s attention on the original sin became mute. If you have control of the information, and can feed it to those that need it, you can stall anyone out. And they did as the conservatives wee so busy trying to run from a firefight to cover their jobs, they ignored the nuclear detination to play cornered coward. Trump isn’t running from anything, so they have reverted to the rope-r-dope by using the media.

There are, at least, a dozen investigations on Trump right now and all you see is his being grilled. Well, to include the CIA monitoring of Trump starting in 2015, and all these investigations they are doing, not one piece of evidence concerning his wrong doing of anything has been produced. “So after two years, they got nothing.” But it continues through the media, therefore it exists. If the conservatives would go public and force them to put up or shut up. it might give Trump an opportunity to do something. So don’t blame Trump, and really don’t blame the libs, they’re doing what is expected of them, blame the conservatives that are not backing Trump to do the work he promised by causing the libs to run for cover with the truth.

Trump telling that court to go straight to hell and ignoring it is perfectly legal. An exe has Authority AND Responsibility. Trump owed it to the Law to UPHOLD the law. Allowing a court to play make believe does not strengthen the rule of law.
