I don't see anybody denying Kathy Griffin free speech. She had a medium (film) and a willing partner (the photographer) to produce her "freedom of expression" joke or art piece or whatever this twisted "comedienne" calls what she did.

So she wasn't denied her right to free speech and expression. What she found out though, is that there can be a backlash against what you said, not your right to say it. People don't have to agree with your form of free speech, Kathy. They only have to allow it under the constitution. There is no constitutional protections from doing stupid, disgusting, ugly things. People are going to exercise their freedom of speech to go after you.

The entire premise of the Constitution is that the individual may do anything they please, as long as their actions harms neither the person or property of another citizen.
