Kathy Griffin's offensive against Donald Trump Friday apparently fell on deaf ears ... because the only remaining venue that would allow her to perform has just pulled the plug.

We've learned Kathy's concert at the Uptown Theatre in Napa scheduled for June 17 has been canceled. This follows 6 other cancelations, including bergenPAC in New Jersey which canceled hours before Kathy's news conference.

The Uptown Theatre cancelation is especially significant because the decision was apparently made after she took the mic with her lawyer. The Uptown folks said on Wednesday the show would go on, but they clearly had a change of heart.

Maybe the cancellations were less than she deserved but
they were as much response as the contracting entities could
provide. My own home town community was first on the list.
The entities that would seek her services are organizations
that are dominated by liberals. In the case of Grass Valley
it is the Center for the Performing Arts. They claim
that they received hundreds of negative and threatening
phone calls. I’m not too sure if they might have
proceeded had there only been a few hostile calls. That
her show was cancelled in Napa is mildly surprising
to me.

Yup, and that is why I say Kathy Griffin should be subject to a lawsuit for Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress to a Third-Party Relative (Barron) which requires

1) intent or reckless disregard of risk of severe emotional distress (SED)
*check*

2) extreme and outrageous conduct that exceeds all tolerated bounds of civil society that was directed at the victim

3) action caused third-party relative (Barron) severe emotional distress
*check* (if Barron actually thought that was his dad)

I hope the Trump family goes after her HARD. Make an example of her and by doing so, back off these decrepit Leftists.

Note: I am normally not litigious. I graduated from law school but one of the reasons I didn’t pursue being a lawyer was I hated the idea of seeking litigation. Way too many lawsuits and way too many lawyers. However, this would be legit IMO.

Also, it appears she didn’t violated any criminal law that I know of. She showed a disgusting picture of Trump. No comment or threats. One might say the threat was implied. But an actionable threat against a public figure must be more than just a staged media event which this was. Nothing criminally actionable that I can see but Trump’s son represents an actionable issue IMO and I think he should pursue it.
