Does anyone know the name of the white-haired man who asked the question about Barron? He was holding a smart phone which may have had Griffin on video when she actually said it. Too bad that he didn't have a quick answer when the lawyer first asked when Griffin had said it. Possibly he didn't even hear the question. It was said in December, 2016, but absent an answer, the lawyer started saying that it was from years ago.

I wonder if the lawyer even knew about that quote. If she did, then she was purposely misleading talking about years ago. If she didn't then she has a fool for a client. Griffin continually tried to defend the comment. YIKES!

It appears that she was speaking to an audience at the "Equality Now Gala" in Beverly Hills, CA on December 6, 2016. So yes, it looks like her words were uttered in CA, if that matters for legal aspects. Certainly sounds actionable to me, although ofc leftard CA prosecutors will be most unwilling to act. Here is an article which mentions Kathy Griffin as a guest but does not include her in recounting the speakers, so she may not have spoken to the audience as a group. The quotes in the other article about Barron, etc. may have been said directly to a reporter rather than to the audience as I first suggested. I see that Kathy Griffin was the host for this event in 2014 (per other articles) but she does not appear to have been host in 2016, someone else is mentioned in that role.

The organization is called “Equality Now” but the event is called “Make Equality Reality Gala” — article says Dec. 2016 event was 3rd year of the gala, which means that the 2014 event hosted by KATHY GRIFFIN was the inaugural event. Griffin certainly is central to this organization if she hosted their inaugural gala. They may not want to respond, but her outrageous promise to “directly” attack Barron Trump was delivered in connection with this event.
