HIllary is a dangerous megalomaniac. You can see it in her recent performances in which she exhibits a deep-seated anger about her loss rather than a gradual philosophical acceptance.

BTW, megalomania and narcissistic personality disorder are terms used interchangeably for the most part.

Megalomania is associated with an obsession with power and money that narcissism, per se, isn't. It is said that though narcissists may have delusions of grandeur, megalomaniacs ALWAY have delusions of grandeur.

Just as the evaporation of narcissistic supply sends a narcissist into breakdown, the realization by a megalomaniac that their grandeur has been withdrawn or denied will cause a similar breakdown.

Hillary is wrestling with her own demons here and nearing a breakdown.

Couldn't happen to a more deserving person.
