Hand the ICE agent a card that says the illegal alien wants to exercise his or her right to remain silent?

These are ILLEGAL aliens. They HAVE no rights in the United States of America.

Since when do illegal aliens have Fifth Amendment rights? Just what the hell is wrong with America that we bestow upon illegal aliens Constitutional rights? Which Supreme Court justice pulled this stunt?
