WASHINGTON (AP) — The Latest on President Donald Trump and the global climate agreement (all times local):
9:15 p.m.
President Donald Trump says he'll announce his decision on whether he'll pull the U.S. out of the Paris climate accord during a Rose Garden event Thursday.
Trump says on Twitter that he'll be making the announcement Thursday at 3 p.m.
He ends the tweet with his campaign slogan, "MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"

Hope he kills the Paris accord. It’ll do nothing to help the climate. Plus, he is dealing with countries who regularly don’t meet there “global commitments”. NATO anyone?

Instead of quitting, I suspect he’ll stay in and offer some words that will placate die-hard Kool-Aid drinkers. I hope not but figure that is more likely with the game playing delay instead of saying no and being done with it.
I felt and still fail the same over his failure to honor repeated day one promise to end Obama’s executive orders and actions giving amnesty. Yet many sucked it up and made excuses. Will they do so if he keeps the agreement?
It’s my fear too. It has been my thinking this delay is not a good sign at all.
If all you’re gonna do is bellyache about Trump, just don’t comment at all.

Well, we’ll see tomorrow afternoon. If he keeps this promise despite the enormous pressure his supporters will be rock solid going forward and nothing will shake them. If he breaks it his base support will be irreparably damaged. I hope he understands how big this is to us

I think we already know. When he sh&%t cans the Paris accord tomorrow, you can go fret about something else.

I hope he remembers the “read my lips” promise by Bush #1, and its aftermath. Some things you just cannot go back on.
