I wouldn't believe that lying criminal *itch if she announced that water's wet!!
I think I actually would believe her if she said that water is wet. On the other hand, if she handed me an unopened bottle of Deer Park or some other brand and told me that it was water I would turn it over to the bomb squad. Under no circumstances would I consider opening it, let alone drink it.
