She knew the gamble she was taking when she pulled this stunt. However, the thing she is most guilty of as a comic is that she isnot funny. She tried to exploit the left’s hatred for Trump and it didn’t work. Don’t doubt for a second that if the reaction from the right had been less, the left would have supported her. As it stands, they will throw her under the bus for maybe a week. Hercareer will improve dramatically because shewill be a hero ofthe left..

My mother always told us to think twice before we said or did anything. Always consider what the ramifications would be. Always ask the question: what could possibly happen if I did this? Different generation, different world back then. Glad I was born when I was. They taught the "Golden Rule" in school then. I doubt it's even mentioned today.

Yup. She gets to say what she wants, and other people get to exercise their free speech right back. And freedom of association.
