To me one of the biggest reasons to withdraw is that it was not ratified by Congress. Anything that Obama did on a scale like this needs to be torpedoed. Congress and the president can then put together something if they want to that hits some of the good points of the “Paris accord” or whatever it is.

Correct: as this was not ratified by the house and senate, the base, contemptible and lawless Obama had no business with any such accord in the first place.
