Looking at ancient Egyptian wall art, they pyramid builders were white (or Middle-Eastern tan, actually).

Before Egypt, agriculture was developed in Mesopotamia and the Levant. Ancient white people from those regions probably came south and took over the fertile Nile valley, killing off any blacks who were there.
