Word is that each person on the boat pays 1500 bucks (in Ghanan money) to someone who will put them on the boat. The boat then signals for help as if they are in distress and the EU agents, probably paid by some Soros hacks, goes to rescue them. They enter the EU as “refugees.” When they are entering under false pretenses.
Yes I think there are supposed NGOs whose palms are getting greased to get these invaders to the EU and Mama Merckel.
Lots of money is changing hands from start to finish, then a lot of them turn to prostitution and drug dealing to pay off their handlers. It’s outrageous to everybody but Europe I guess.
Part of this smuggler story was laid out in the Italian press two weeks ago....the Italian mafia is now part of the smugglers team.
The mafia has figured out ways to be part of the migrant camp operations and siphoned off funds. You can figure of ever Euro spent on camp-life and support....probably 30-percent is pure profit for the mafia.
The Italians are also investigating the possible connection of the mafia to the charity boat operations and there is some suspicion that radio ‘help’ calls are pre-programmed and that the smugglers just put a raft at a certain position...the mafia calls the rescue vessel...and the charity group saves the group by bringing them into port.
One of the curious parts of the Italian effort is that they’ve detained one priest, and he appears to be some part of the mafia connection.
You can also note off of German BILD from 10 days ago, the report that the German BND (secret service) has indication of possibly six million refugees making the summer-period run to the rescue gimmick. Lot of disbelief because it’s way beyond what Italy or the EU could handle....and would take a massive smuggler effort. Smugglers and mafia could generate billions in just a 100-day period if it did come true.

The people smugglers coordinate with the NGOs (who are also in the “people smuggling” business now). They arrange a GPS rendezvous point at sea and the NGO ship swoops in to collect “refugees” from the smugglers’ boats and ferry them to Europe.
Merkel & co. have contributed to the continuation and expansion of this nightmare by failing to blockade against arrivals and send people back. Once word spread that “we are guests of Mrs. Merkel” the numbers soared. As intended.
