A couple thoughts from the area.

1. This is a story basically ignored by the media in Florida. Yes, a couple of perfunctory pieces, but nothing like the normal feeding frenzy done by the Miami news outlets when a black man is found dead.

2. IIRC, this guy had only been on the job for a year. I wonder if he would really been working on a big case involving the corrupt Debbie Blabbermouth Schmuck.

I only found one item about it on the Miami paper...but it doesn't say anything really...this article gives more than what the other does...

Sure is funny...I think I smell something ‘rotten’ in New York...Chapaqua maybe????

He had actually been on the job only four or five months. He was still a rookie, learning the ropes, and had not prosecuted any cases.

Reply to #2. They would definitely send a rookie to investigate voter fraud. Putting a seasoned investigator might turn up real evidence
