The best way for Trump to get out of the Paris agreement is to refer it to Congress for an up or down vote with two thirds needed to ratify it like a treaty.

Obama never consulted Congress and unilaterally signed it on behalf of the US. Trump should ditch it.

By bypassing the Advice and Consent of the Senate which is REQUIRED by the Constitution for Treaty ratification, and Zer0 signing it anyway, the Treaty is void on its face.
