Look for illegals who died in the DC area within 24 hours of Seth Rich being murdered. Theoretically, with that time horizon, they could have died anywhere in the US or even overseas making it more difficult to identify them.
Given the anal retentive nature of the crowd running the democrat fascist machine, though, I suspect they'd want to keep the whole process on the playing field they know best. So, odds are the shooters died somewhere within the DC Bubble which is still a pretty big area for investigators to deal with.
