Roger Stone said the parents of murdered Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich “should be charged with obstruction” after penning a Washington Post op-ed asking for the media to stop politicizing their son’s death.
“Their right to privacy is important, but not as important as the public’s right to the truth,” Stone told the Miami New Times. “Frankly, at this point, the parents should be charged with obstruction.”
“Nothing the intel community says can be relied on given their track record of lies,” Stone told the local Miami paper, adding that Fox News was “wrong” to retract the story.
Stone, who is the subject of a recent Netflix documentary titled, “Get Me Roger Stone,” has been a polarizing figure in political circles since the Nixon era.

Obstruction of justice for writing a newspaper article? Sorry, Roger. That doesn’t cut it.
Not sure that asking for no investigation rises to the level of obstruction.
I have no doubt his parents are “Being Handled” by the DNC.
Especially If you look into the “Crisis Manager” the DNC hired to “Help” them....
I’m sure the Department of Justice will be all over this one with an indictment within a week.
It’s not obstruction of justice, but the parents should be still be called-out for trying to deprive the public of a full investigation.

Now, if they actively tried to stop any investigation of the case, that would qualify.

Trying to block access to this information by intimidating media people - like Sean Hannity - you betcha it sounds like obstruction of justice to me. There is no question this whole operation has Clinton/Obama fingerprints all over it.
Really, though, brazen as they are—the DNC probably couldn’t pull off much now. They should allow the truth to come out and hep facilitate it in any way they can.
I’m sure the Rich family has been reminded that they have another son and it would be a shame if he happened to get robbed as well.
A killer(s) is on the loose and the effort to solve the crime should continue, unless, of course, the Rich Family has information on who killed Seth Rich.

Seems to me that the DNC doesn’t want a SP for this. The family is acting strangely months of letting the police keep lying it was a botched robbery when all Seth’s money watch etc were found on his body.
In my opinion someone got to the family to shut them up and keep others from investigating.
We need a Det. Mark Furhman and a prosecutor investigating this. I think Seth Rich not the Russians leaked to wiki the DNC docs. End the Russian collusion investigations.
How much money is being spent on looking into no crime anybody can charge, with no evidence anyone did anything that they were entitled to do?
This is holding up 500 job approvals, healthcare, tax cuts, a new budget and government reorganiztion.
Congress is doing nothing for a half a year.
If powerful forces murdered theie son, those same forces would threaten the parents and siblings.
That should be the assumption going forward that they have been threatened to play along or else.
The best way to assist them is to investigate and free them of the threats by discovering the truth.

Regardless, every aspect of this should be looked at and discussed. Seth Rich was not a child.
How do you know that? Until a murderer is found and convicted, it is feasible that they could have done it. You never know. The parents have no say in regards to a criminal matter.
