I think you’re right. Especially considering the goofy sunglasses. It’s something Sasha Baron Cohen might have come up with.
The more I look at it, I’m convinced. It’s like a caricature.
Note that, due to the sunglasses, we can’t even see if it is a man or a woman. Hoax for sure. The provacative shirt is just a way of trolling us.
